Do you spend a lot.of time on the computer or phone??

I was laid up recently with surgery and used my phone so damn much with work I couldn't fricking sign my name on paperwork.

Stretched the shite out of my forearm and started hand excersises and it's fine now.

My right thumb didn't want to move in the muscle was so tight.

Heating pad on forearm and hand worked wonders.

Strictly computer. I build solutions for companies.

I first thought this until trouble shaving and the shakes followed.

Friend of mine started having seizures after a few months of no sleep doing project work ( tight deadlines after two years of messed up execution)

You need to slow the F down.

If you all of a sudden can't write your name...and you are on here asking questions rather than at a hospital...then maybe you just have what is called, medically speaking, 'dumbness'

maybe you are dumb

Seeking diagnosis on a web site is not a good way to deal with this. Get your butt to a Dr. and let them run whatever tests needed to see what is wrong.

I saw a response where you say you're 32, and this is not something many healthy 32 yr. old men deal with.

Go see a doc and don't get freaked out. Until then look up some hand strength excersises. I have an hand grip strength in my desk at work. The one with the independent finger placement.

Now for the shaking I can say I worked with a guy who's hands shook for 30 years. Retired and is still fine.

Made him a good white perch fisherman.

Make sure you don't have have blood sugar problems. Take a piss tomorrow outside by and any hill. If the ants crawl all over your piss you have a lot of sugar in it and can be high blood sugar. That can cause the shakes.

I know this would scare the shite out of me. Fact is, that kind of thing can be the result of a heck of a lot of things. Could be anything from carpal tunnel syndrome to parkinsons or MS. I'd guess that it is pretty likely a result of stress, etc. from your job. As the others say, you just need to bite the bullet and get yourself checked out by a doctor so at least you can get it off your mind so much....worrying about such things can drive you crazy.

I have neuropathy in my hands and feet. My feet are worse.

In my right hand my pinky is pretty much permanently numb. My handwriting has also gone to shite as I’ve lost dexterity as well. I’ve been having major problems with my right arm since the end of May. It turns out that I have a bulging disc in my neck. The problem is they can’t treat the bulging disc yet because the MRI showed that I also have an infection (discitus) that’s blocking the disc from being treated. The infection is also in a very bad place so I’m on IV meds for four weeks. Two times a day I hook myself up to my meds for treatment.

My point is, go to a doctor. At 32 you should not be having these issues and it could be serious.

Yeah you should see a doctor.

Not sleeping for 2 to 3 days in a row on anything approaching a regular basis is just insane. I just don't believe you are that important to the company that you should be doing that. Hell
