I don't know if extreme sleep deprivation over the last year caused this issue.

Will I get it back?

Sounds like MS...

Not enough info

What activity is different for you?

Age?

I didn't sleep for a year.
Way too much coffee, 5 cups. Stress.
Sativa in 6 to 9 pm.

Quit dope. Cut back to 2 cups. Slept again.

I'm guessing your issue is unrelated to sleep.

Have the shakes.

Can't draw a straight line. Even shaving I need to reinforce both arms against the shower wall or bathroom counter.

We play frisbee with the dog. Hand-eye coordination seems fine.

Activities like writing with pen, turning pages in a book, shaving, anything which requires a steady hand.

32 - I go 2-3days without sleep sometimes. Esp in 2017. Driving to Texas for project work and home on the weekends in Thibodaux.

I'd see a doctor asap. Either a neurological condition or Dts from narcotic withdrawal.

You get to make the changes your body asks for.

Routine.

7 hours sleep.

Knock off the coffee and drugs

I had to take ama drugs to sleep

Fwiw Ambien is the devil.

There's a real chance your syndrome is unrelated to sleep but it might be exacerbated by lack of.

Do search. Figure out a couple of possible. Go to M.D. With some ideas.

Scruffy is your Friend.
Maybe he will nominate ideas.

DT's? Withdrawal. Heavy alcohol use, then suddenly stop?

Thanks. More of a routine will help. Project work is the devil sometimes.

It got better, but to a point. A few weeks back I couldn't write my name much less sign something. Can somewhat write a few letters.
