I don’t disagree with you. California has issues that need to be dealt with, no doubt.
But my comment was pointing out that someone living in SWLA was talking shite about California. Which, in my opinion, is laughable.

That....that makes no sense. Unless your position is that only people with typhus are moving, undiagnosed, to Texas. Which I suppose could be possible but is statistically extremely unlikely.

I live about 20-30 minutes outside of L.A. and have none of these issues in my town as well. In fact, the police here actively discourage homeless people from staying here.
