The biggest one is the criminal justice system. THat said, I'd argue that its practices are more class based than race based, but I also think there is a race element to it. And the biggest arm of that is the war on drugs. THe system ensnares a large number of younger black men into the perpetual system where it can difficult to escape. One gets busted for drug possession, serves his time, but struggles finding suitable employment because of the arrest record, faces stiff fines and court costs that in some states have to be paid before they can get a driver's license, drives to a job they were able to secure on a suspended license, gets pulled over and the cycle repeats itself. Now, there are several poor white men that get caught up in the same cycle, but on a per capita basis, it disproportionately impacts blacks, and a large segment of society is okay with it because they view them as thugs that are breaking the law. Nevermind the rampant drug use of white teenagers in private schools and suburbs across the country.

To take it further, look at the Covd 19 outbreaks in several prisons around the country. Look at who has been granted conditional release to serve out sentences at home. It's by and large older, politically connected, white men.

So I asked you to list all of the socially accepted racial discrimination ruining this country and you listed a single class based problem that effects all races and further doesn’t randomly discriminate based on race?

Your arguments for why racial discrimination in America is as bad as it’s ever been is because of the possibility that completely non-racial poor repeat offending drug dealers have a hard time finding meaningful employment?

That’s the best you got?

Have you ever worked in the criminal justice system? I have. I can assure you the court system is not racist. It is absolutely 100% class biased but not racial.

Please post your links to back up this claim. It has nothing to do with violent vs nonviolent offenders or single vs repeat offenders, but according to you prisons are just letting write people out because they’re white?
