If this is government they need to hire at least two more supervisors.... in my department we have two guys in charge of the same thing....the 'lower ranked' guy actually tells the 'higher ranked' guy what to do.

When I was in Dubai I watched a crew repair a brick walkway in a tourist area. The crew was 4 Indians watching 1 Indian use an electric grind er (no safety glasses) on a brick to fit in place. Just 1 of the examples I witnessed of this work ethic.

If you're open-minded, you can find a way. Look around for a need. Fill the need.
That Vietnamese family down the street that owns that business wasn't above "average."
