Nah, there were no good guys in this crap. She is an adult, she's allowed to be a looney toon with the money she earned. Maybe if she had been allowed to screw up earlier she may have found a saner path by now. All around shite show there.

I stand by my decision. It's her money to spend. Going broke means she needs some other kind of help, not just taking her money away. That's stealing and she will still be crazy.

I honestly dont know how to feel. Disney fricked Britney over. Allowed her to be passed around so they could help her get famous. But the parents started it all off, by wanting some of that cheese. And simply turned a blind eye

I don't think you have this quite right.
Brittany is clearly not entirely functional. She needs assistance and likely some kind of limited curatorship. In that regard, maybe her family was correct.
But her dad seems like a controlling sponge who was overpaying himself, and he didn't have the kind of expertise that she likely needed.
Brittany would have been much better off with a more professional curator, a professional fiduciary, rather than her dad.
