Morrell, who said he was exasperated with the ongoing soap opera pitting the council against Mayor LaToya Cantrell, said Thursday's vote will simply "establish clarity that the French Market Corp. has the authority to do what we instructed it to do last August: To secure this unit and put it on the market, despite the fact that the mayor will not relinquish the keys and won’t claim or disavow ownership" of the items inside.

I never thought NOLA could get a Mayor more corrupt than the one busting rocks in the pen, but here we are with Teedy winning the title and taking it away from him. She's the Chocolate City Treasure! Somehow she keeps on winning when losing. It's amazing to watch

Well, it’s easy to understand having the locks changed by your landlord. But, that poor officer Vappi, being accused of fornicating with the New Orleans mayor, shows how deprave and gutter minded people like Lee Zürich and the New Orleans city council are insinuating they were fornicating during work hours.
