Looks like Bucees has cleared almost all hurdles for Ruston.

The mayor is saying they have 3 restaurants who have already secured around where the bucees will be built also. If they can convince Billy’s, Kartchners, or BEST Stop to build near it I may personally go door to door campaigning for Mayor Walker next election.

Dudes doing work. Brookshires bought some land north of I-20. I’m curious to see if they are just building a regular grocery store or a Fresh by Brookshires. Longview is getting a Fresh so finger crossed.

Flood was the excuse, but I think someone realized the cluster frick of putting a Buc-ee's at that exit. Bridge on the west side of town, Buc-ee's on the east side; people would be stuck in traffic for days.

It is quite literally a one stop shop for everything. You can get gas, eat, use a clean restroom, and do your Christmas shopping for everyone.
