Of those 4, my pick would be the Rott.

Imo, an American Bulldog or Black Russian Terrier would be better.

It comes down to what you want it for besides a pet. Hunting, Gaurd dog or what?

Best family dog is the Labrador retriever.

I have a 10 month old Rottie. This is my second one. They are the most majestic creatures I have been around in the dog world. So smart, sensitive, and strong. It took me years to get another one after my first passed. Can't believe I waited so long. They are fantastic animals- but you have to be a very strong, calm owner or they will lovingly rule the house.

ETA: out of that group I would consider the GSD next and cross off the Weimaraner and the Dalmation- both too frenetic for inside and families IMO.

My dad has had two German shepherd dogs. Both have been really vocal, and just plain noisy. Both always whining, crying, barking, groaning, growling. Great dogs, but don't get one if you like it quiet.
