Tell your brakes to grow a pair
I actually just put Powerslot rotors all the way around my truck because they were only $60 a piece, and OEM ones were $110. Stops much better than stock with those and the Hawk LTS pads. I also put Champion SS brake lines on it when I did the brakes, so an extra 17lb isn't shite

Probably tomorrow I'll be putting on my 3rd set of pads in the last 14 months. I'm not kidding. I'm buying the ceramic golds from Autozone and they suck dick. Replaced the rotors earlier this year. Truck has 100k miles

These ko2s pulled my f150 through some muddy as shite a few weeks ago I didn't think my stock f150 without grips stood a chance in. Sold me. The original set of ko's got me 75k miles

I had to redo my back rotors at 70k
It was baaad. This was the pad, and there was a solid groove in the rotor.
In my defense it wasn't really making noise though.

I just put toyo open country R/T's on my '13 F150 and have been liking them a lot. Haven't been in mud since it hasn't rained in 6mths, but they look great and I can't hear them at all. They're a relatively new tire and supposed to be between mud grips and AT's. I think mine are the 285/70/18 which is a little over 11" I believe and 34.8" tall.

NAPA pads are better than AutoZone pads. You sure your calipers aren't sticking? When you grease the pins, don't use regular grease. Use brake pin silicone specific grease. It is much thicker and almost sticky and won't eat the rubber boots that go over the pins.
Right now, I have a tube of CRC silaramic brake grease, but I have also used sil-glyde and 3m silicone paste. All three of those are the only examples of things I'd use on slide pins
Eta: I can't remember how F150s calipers work, but I always clean all of the old shite out of where the pins slide into with a q-tip and then compressed air. Also, flush your brake fluid. Doesn't take long, and you won't have to do it again for another 100k if you put synthetic in there

Brakes can be a PITA. I even had to flush my power steering fluid because I have a hydroboost system helping the brakes. I fought with my brakes for a while
