Looking for penalty flag beads

When I was at the den on Saturday, several people were wearing black and gold beads with a penalty flag hanging off them...
Has anyone else seen them and can tell me where I can buy some?

During Mardi Gras if there is some sort of dominant local story the folks in parades and that sell beads will run with it. Anything related to the blown call will be a hot item in a few weeks for sure.
