If you can get your hands on some clove oil, that helped me once with a massive toothache. Otherwise, plaster it with max strength orajel and take Tylenol. Toothaches suck; you very much have my sympathy.

I haven't slept for 10 days, cause that would be entirely too long.

've had a massive toothache for the past three days, so I haven't been sleeping much at all. I can't get in to see the dentist until Monday.
The solution is to get a new dentist.

Went almost four hours today without a nap at work. Friday’s are a bitch, so I can only get a nap in every few hours at work because I get excited about the weekend. Usually I nap every hour on the hour for at least 10 minutes.

A little over a day. I always feel like my most creative thoughts are on lack of sleep lol

I don’t know how many hours straight but I was in a leadership program and spent 5 days in the forest with ex special forces, I slept 4 hours in 5 days

Opiate withdrawals probably 3-4 days of no sleep then scattered little 10 minute pass outs here and there for another 3-4 days.

I went 14 months with no more than 4 hours of consecutive sleep a night. Worth it, but still tired.

Get some amoxicillin, a valium, and drink two strong whiskey drinks.
You will sleep sound as a pound.
I went through that pain and luckily had some friends that each had a part of that cocktail.
Also, floss from now on.. religiously

Probably 3 or so days during US Army Ranger School, multiple times during 54 day course. Most sleep I got, at one time, was on flights between 4 phases...

About 36 hours I guess with absolutely no sleep at all. Not something I want to do again.

The best thing you can use on tooth pain is clove oil.
You may need to do two times to work.
It may burn at first but it truly helps not only numb the pain but also cleanse the area.
Good luck.

I tried to go 5 days without sleep just to see if I could do it in the summer of 2005. I made it three whole days before I gave up.

Sleep deprivation is dangerous. One of the principle reasons we sleep is so the brain can clean itself. It has its own lymphatic system that removes the wastes of metabolism on a regular schedule.
This cleaning process is only functional when we're sleeping. It's easy to see then that sleep deprivation causes a build-up of waste in the brain. Sometimes to fatal levels.
Several posters in this thread have described symptoms of sleep deprivation. Hallucinations are common and can escalate to fugue states wherein one's ability to form memories is affected. This can last for days.
Sleep deprivation is cumulative. You can't "catch up" with just one good night's sleep. It's almost a one-for-one contract that sleep has with your body. Lose one hour of sleep one night and, if allowed, your brain will add one hour to the next night. Don't allow it and you'll feel tired and cranky. Do that habitually and your health will suffer.
Unhealthy sleep patterns can exact a harsh toll on anyone. I learned in college not to do "all nighter cram sessions" before finals because I couldn't remember most of what I had "crammed" into my head the night before the exam. However, if I was well rested before an exam I generally did a lot better.
Far too many people disregard the importance to health of sleeping well. You'll be happier, healthier and more fit mentally and physically if you satisfy your body's need for sleep.
