Miami back to Tuscaloosa last year.
Man that was a miserable drive. It was bad when my girlfriend at the time said "we're almost home", and we were still 4 hours away.

Louisville to Denver, stopped only for gas and to use the bathroom.
or
north Florida to Philadelphia, same thing.
Each took about 15 hours IIRC

North of Atlanta to Houston. Annoyingly long drive. Only would do it all in one day again if I had to. Could've driven more, glad I didn't have to. North GA to BR around 8-9 hours, then another 4 to Houston. About 13 hours depending on stopping ,etc.

Seattle to Cabo: 2300 miles (longer w/ detours)
Atlanta to Missoula--long scenic route: 3,000 miles
don't be a puss.
longest solo, stopping only for gas was Atlanta to Missoula with a uhaul. 2,150 miles.
Atlanta to Glenwood Springs, CO and back next day (with big uhaul), over 3100 round trip.
ETA: the first two were obviously not in one day.

NOLA to Nashville is the farthest I've driven in one day. Not terrible, but I don't plan on ever driving further than that unless I was moving.
I'm not a huge fan of driving though. For work, I'll take a flight to Houston instead of driving even though it takes about the same amount of time if you include all the waiting in the airport.
