For changing these folks lifestyle, my money is on our Savior and The Gospel. Their hearts need to be softened first, and their 'necks' made less stiff, only way to change that. To get that done, they need to be arrested, prosecuted and found guilty by a real prosecutor to subject them to a relationship with and knowledge of who Jesus is and what he did for them. Prison Ministry is the deal, best hope for them.

Sorry I can’t help myself. I hate the overuse of this word by people. I normally say “as opposed to figuratively?” to people who use “literally” like that and they usually give the tilted confused dog look.
