You’re correct. But they do have the authority to pull the occupational license of any business that allows you to enter without a mask.

I only said that I haven’t worn one. I don’t want to wear one, and I don’t think the evidence of their effectiveness is strong enough to make them mandatory. I won’t lose my job over it, though.

Wearing a mask for a few minutes now and then seems a small price to pay to help keep the economy open. If people refuse, the next step will be another shutdown.

I'd imagine that some rural areas will defy the order but I haven't seen it yet in BR. I've seen people turned away at the door at several places.
