Neutral snap does suck. Benji Davis did suck. Werewolf is strange and the Chee Weez hasn’t been worth a shite in 8 years.

No, I had to take a couple weeks off from gigging for the bar exam. I might swing by Fat Cats in Prarieville for their blues jam tonight, though. My lead singer’s other band will be on frenchmen street Mardi Gras night, so I’ll probably be there, just likely won’t be performing.

My next gigs are in a couple weeks:
March 16th at Nic’s Bar in gonzales
March 30th at Park Place
And the following weekend, I’ll be at 3rd Street Songwriters Fest.

We’ve got a ton of shows all over the state lined up for may, and I’m working on organizing a bunch of shows that aren’t final yet for April, when we’ll also be going in the studio to record a few new songs. The band is starting to make some money, get decent draws, and get more successful. It’s a nice change of pace.

The Spazmatics. Never understood the schtick but folk in Houston will sell out damn near every one of their shows

They are a multi regional corporate cover band. They have about 30-40 members for outfits in south, north, east and western US. They do a pretty good job and are fun, if you’ve got to go to some corporate retreat they will entertain you. They make very good money (full time members 80k -125k) yearly. Many members also are tour with original artists in various genres and do Spaz when off the road.

“Lifetime” is their best song. I’m not sure if it was ever released as a single. I didn’t notice it until a couple years ago.

Thats Alison Collins. And now that she's been identified, I'd prepare for this thread to get the anchor.

I remember when people were just mercilessly railing on her for that video, she ran to an admin and got it deleted.
