Idk man. I’m pretty tired. Other Jones is downing highlife and scrolling infomercials

This is the disappointing ending that the OT deserves

There's no need to face the wheel if neither of you busted a deal.

May actually be alright.

Don't go shite talking highlife. That beer got me through high school.

Kidding. I can't drink that swill anymore. I tried to avoid becoming a beer snob. But it's happened. I can still drink an occasional guzzler. But I don't drink very often compared to the past, and I've got money to buy good beer.

Though I'm getting sick of ipas. My favorite beer is Sierra Nevada pale ale. But breweries have gone overboard with hops. I'm starting to drink a lot more lagers than I ever have before. I used to hate paying for them. Now, I'll pay extra for a good lager.

If you get the chance, try Spatan. It's the best German beer I've tried (though I've never visited).

I'm a stout man myself - stout beer and I'm pretty stout too.

Mackeson Triple Stout is excellent, Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout is nice as well. Guinness is diarrhea.

Good taste. You just listed 2 of my favorite stouts.

I probably should start going more malty. I also love a good Scotch ale or a wee heavy.

I used to love the Guinness extra Stout. But I hate it with that nitrogen widget. I prefer my beers to not taste flat.

Morning nightwalkers.

WTF is with these off brand beer talk? This is America. This bud is for you.

Only Bud I like grows naturally.

Rice beer sucks.

And in reality, the most American thing you could drink would actually be ciders. That's what the founding fathers drank. Though any cider brewed by a major company is shitty. NW Arkansas has a damn good cider company locally. Colorado has several good ones.

The Brits do good dark beer, the Irish are fricking terrible at it.

A Sierra Nevada man like yourself should try their offering in a stout which isn't half bad.

Also, I've enjoyed nearly all the bourbon barrel stouts that I've tried albeit a mere handful.

Fish, I can go with Bud heavy in a pinch. Sad to say, damn foreigners own them now too.

Myself, I tried a couple of those off brand beers and they all tasted like crap to me. BL is for me.

As does WNC. And I typically don’t drink ciders.

I hate anything sweet or extremely dry. But I had a few that were amazing.

And I lived in Asheville about a decade ago. There's some great breweries around there.

Off brand is a weird thing to call beer with flavor. Though if I want a cheap American lager, I'll drink Coors Banquet beer.

But I don't understand how anyone could drink Bud, but think German lagers suck. It's not as common as Beck's, but Spatan is great for anyone that drinks any beer. It's the cleanest tasting lager I've ever had. Treat yourself one day.

I've had the Sierra Stout. It's solid, like almost all of their beers. I just got away from malty beers for awhile. But given the choice, I'll usually choose a porter over a stout. Bells makes a pretty damn good one.

I guess it just depends on if I'm going to drink a few beers, or if I'm drinking all day long.
