I think they are probably guilty. But I will say that years ago there was a guy that was a coworker of a few of my friends that was arrested for child porn . It sounded bad for him at the time. His co-workers told me he ended up getting all charges dropped just a few days after he was arrested. Long story short, he received an email at his office that, unbeknownst to him, had child pornography attached to it. The sender name on the email was the same as one of his relatives, so he trusted the email and tried opening the attachment. But the attachment wouldn't open due to his work place computer firewall. Next thing he knows he's getting arrested for child pornography. But, since he was actually never able to open the attachment, as proven by his office IT people, all charges were dropped. Come to find out it was the police that sent the email with the porn attached, not his relative. Nobody could understand why he was sent it though. Sounded almost like he was set up by the police. It was really random. From what I understand the dude sued and got a pretty big pay day.

Damn that bitch is a tool. If these charges are accurate, I hope they rot, and those children never see them again. I believe that’s an automatic life sentence in Louisiana.

That’s like a cop asking you to hold a bag and then arresting you for possession because it’s filled with coke. No way that would hold up in court.

Any link to FB yet for those of us without FB?

Cops are some of the biggest POS this country has to offer and it’s time we quit pretending they aren’t.
I would argue that less than 1% actively try to uphold the law in accordance with his/her oath of public service.
People pretending to be conservatives need to wake the frick up and remember what liberty actually looks like.

OP: LP gonna LP, a wall should be built around it.
Keep the LPers inside it and us outside of it.
Call it Terdland.
Put a sign above the only gate in/out:
“Abandon hope all ye who get entered here.”

Yeah, your story sounds like bullshite. The feds and state task force go after people with hundreds or thousands of downloads or those that upload it, like the couple in op.

Good way to wind up with a UTI.

Probably guilty of what?
You have not even seen the affidavit for arrest warrant yet. It will contain a summary of facts to show probable cause for an arrest. Probable cause is an extremely low standard.
You certainly haven't been able to view the numerous police reports that contain more detailed narratives showing how the investigation unfolded and what evidence was discovered.
You haven't seen the state present their case in court and try to prove each element of the offenses charged beyond a reasonable doubt.
You have (maybe) read one or two news articles - which are designed to be sensational for clicks to turn a profit- and looked over a thread on Tigerdroppings.
Yet you conclude "I think they are probably guilty." Thanks for your expert opinion.
People are innocent until proven guilty in the United States of America, regardless of how heinous and disgusting the crimes they are alleged to have committed.
Do the Constitution a favor and don't show up for jury duty if you are ever called.

That would be unconstitutional.

You do understand that when the house was raided many photos and videos were sized, right? You must be a "close" friend of one/both of them.

So go to jail for contempt instead of doing your civic duty to toss these two pieces of trash in the hole for the rest of their lives? Nope, but this one is for you...

If I was innocent would I chunk my phone in the river when the police arrive?
