(attorneys in here can correct me if i'm wrong) but Miranda vs AZ has been narrowed and more narrowed and more narrowed over the years..... I mean to waive your right, you literally have to speak up




again obviously im no legal scholar, but not many criminals are getting off on a technicality due to the reading of the miranda right not being perfect, that's not the reason these DAs are reading from a card
