Is his defense that he went over there for a booty call and they left together and she's claiming that he kidnapped her?

That's one messy house! Is there a separate trial for neglect?

He's actually doing a good job trying to show that in photos taken by police, her house is in order after there was supposedly a life and death struggle between her and him after he dragged her out of bed in the middle of the night.

She said she threw a tissue box and a cup at him when he first grabbed her but the box is still on her nightstand in the photo and the cup is on the countertop in the bathroom. Plus a sheet she said he wrapped her in is still in its place in the bedroom.

What evidence they have from Walgreens will be real important, whether an employee's testimony or surveillance video. She testified that her hands were tied behind her back when she tried to escape in the parking lot and he grabbed her and stuffed her back inside the van.

Later though they stopped at a gas station, he left her in the car without being tied up and she didn't take the chance to escape.

"How many doses of NyQuill did you take?"

"Did you have any marks after the duct tape was pulled off?"

I mean he's straight up antagonizing her. I'm not laughing at what this woman is going through, but I am absolutely laughing at the absurdity of this entire thing. Florida gives and gives, yall!

She testified that she didn't take anything to help her sleep so it's just another way he's trying to prove that she's not telling the truth or the whole story.

it is, and I get it. I just love the absurdity that HE gets to do this rather than the attorney. If this dude gets found NOT GUILTY then this will be the greatest trial since The Juice

If he's found not guilty he's gonna finish her for good next time.

as incredibly one-sided, biased, and prejudicial the state of Fl is against men in family court is making me pull for this guy
