Really? What did he do? You would have to be blind not to. Hell I think a blind man would have seen that.

Tigers have to eat- meat, specifically. What's the difference between them getting meat from a slaughterhouse and meat from a live animal?

Live animals fight back. If this were on land instead of water, one of the tigers easily could've had it's skull crushed. Donkey's are mean AF, some farmers use them to protect flocks of sheep and goats because they will kill coyotes and wolves on sight.

Not to mention, at a slaughterhouse the donkey wouldn't be raked with knives and stabbed repeatedly until he died. Yes, it's how it works in nature but this is a zoo, not nature. Most of these tigers have never hunted in their lives.

What's the big deal? Feeding snakes mice is ok right?

Don't think people feed snakes live mice in general. I've seen plenty of stories of people having a snake killed by live "food".

Yes, many snake keepers feed their snakes frozen, thawed mice because it is risky using live feeders. You don't want to damage your zoological specimen.

Damn, Zoo tigers are weak compared to wild cats- I've seen House Cats with more killer instincts.

I bet that donkey got a few kicks in...

That's actually the biggest problem. Feeding live animals often comes with the risk of injury to the predator.

I mean, I guess you're right. Human intervention is a big difference here though.

Awesome. I've been praying for this at Audubon. It's a fricking too. That's how animals eat. Hunting and killing live shite. I wish they'd do this.

List them. I can't think of one.
