Wut? Shitloads of people do that. I did it. Never had a problem.

I used to feed my emperor scorpion pinkies.

We used to feed my cousin's snakes feeder rabbits. Their scream is horrifyingly awesome.

Don't think people feed snakes live mice in general. I've seen plenty of stories of people having a snake killed by live "food".

I fed my snakes live mice or rats. It was the best part of owning snakes. The rats can indeed hurt the snake but only if the snake isn't hungry. The snake won't kill the rat for fun or self defense. At least not a python. If the snake is hungry the rat is toast.

Most competent snake owners who actually care about their animal do not feed live unless they are having trouble training the snake to accept frozen, thawed.

You're raising a pussy SJW snake. What's his name? Snowflake?

I raised a badass snake
With scars and battle wounds. He would eat your snake for breakfast.

List them. I can't think of one.

I already did. I'm sure you can think of a few yourself but you're just trolling at this point

I can almost respect the total lack of give-a-shite with the Chinese but those frickers are batshit insane.

You know the old saying, "Mad enough to throw a donkey to a tiger."

Tigers have to eat- meat, specifically. What's the difference between them getting meat from a slaughterhouse and meat from a live animal?

True, tigers are carnivorous and I don't have a problem with tigers killing and eating, the issue I have with this is these tigers have not learned to kill effectively. They've been in captivity their entire lives and have been fed meat, not living animals.
If you watch the video, you can see the tigers are clumsy in going after the donkey. They know, instinctively, that they donkey is something they can eat but they really don't know how to kill it. Though the video didn't show it, unfortunately for the donkey, the kill didn't appear that is was going to quick or effective.

Yeah the tigers weren't that impressive. It's like they sort of knew what to do but lacked the skill to do it well.

I'm a little disappointed by the video. Tigers weren't at aggressive as I expected and one even looked downright skiddish. Product of being raised in captivity and never learning to hunt a live animal I guess

Yeah. Mutual of Omaha's "Wild Kingdom" show when I was growing up was better than that.

Sick fricks.

Yeah, they're carnivores, but putting a donkey in a fricking enclosure with no escape, with tigers that don't know how to dispatch it quickly, is cruel
