Hey man. Your dad left you this sweet arse orange tie. I've been saving it for you, waiting for just the right moment.

I think he may have also left you an old GameBoy that I don't play anymore. It's yours, young friend.

That’s so wrong. She’s not grieving at this point. You’re just unloading stuff on her so she’ll like you

I also have a gorgeous gemstone ring that I don't want because of i dislike the person who gave it to me. Would it be ok to give it to the daughter and just tell her it was "something her daddy bought and that i want her to have it?

So now you just use the situation to unload all of your crap?

Right, that is my sordid plan, I plan to insult her by dumping this crap on her-- because gold jewelry, rare coins and stamps are all crap, right?

So I take it I'm not the only one that downvotes a gingerkittie thread before even reading the post?

OP...don't lie

Just give the ring to someone else (and tell them why you don't like it). Or sell it. Or donate it to be sold for charity. Whatever.

Unless she’s an elaborate troll, she’s one trashy individual.

Why not just have a garage sale instead of lying to get rid of your trash.

This is not trash, it is gold jewely, collector and rare coins and a few valuable stamps.

To OweO: Its true she should not still be grieving so hard after 10 years but nevertheless she is and i want to help her all I can by comforting her.

Would have changed the entire complexion of Pulp Fiction had this watch been up Christopher Walken's arse and not Bruce Willis's dad's.

You need to help her get over her grieving. I had a co-worker who passed away and it his daughter went to his grave daily. We finally got her some professional help to go through the grieving process to help her move on with her life.

Nothing wrong with grieving over the short term.
At some point the person needs to move on with their life so they can live.

When I was playing Ping Pong overseas I had a sponsorship with Flex-O-Lite Ping-Pong paddle. I had to say that was my paddle of choice which everybody knows isn't true, but Mama said it was just a little white lie, so it wasn't hurting nobody.

These people are ridiculous. Don't give her the ring because that would be a bit much-you don't want to overdue it such that every time you see this woman your fib just blares out at you. Everything else you have done is fine and kindhearted. It doesn't sound like you have given her a high physical volume of stuff. Giving somebody a pile of stuff that all fits in a shoebox isn't going to kill her.

"Here sweetie. This was your dad's old truck. He told me to get it to you when you had a son old enough to drive. Yea, I know it's essentially worthless because it's been vandalized and has all this inappropriate stuff spray painted all over it. But I kept it anyway because he really wanted you to have it."

Did you get that threesome real estate project taken care of? Should be about time to suffocate your sister so you can replace the crap you just gave away.

No I dont need her to like me. I have always respected her privacy and left her alone. She has been thru so much.

She most definitely IS grieving. She was her daddy's girl, He was her world

And again, these are items of value that anyone would be happy to get

Why yes we did get our lil place on the water taken care of. With a credit score of over 820 and over 25% down in cash, we have a few houses lined up as prospects and will be in one by summer.

Ok, so i will give her the ring and tell her to sell it so she can buy her a stronger chain for her new pendant.

Enough! Don’t push your luck, if they somehow discover the truth all of you will feel bad.
