Wal Mart has kiosks where they’ll buy the old one. Or maybe it’s old cell phones.

Got rained out of work today so I was stuck inside all day. It feels weird not to be at work on a weekday. How can so many people not work and mentally survive.

My mom took down all the shite in my childhood bedroom and put it all in a box and gave it to me when I was in college and I still get upset thinking about all my cool shite in a box that is currently in my garage and will likely never be displayed again. All my trophies and pictures of my friends taken with disposable cameras, mixed tapes from girlfriends, posters of my favorite athletes, etc.
I'll never throw it away, but I still feel like it's gone.

The last involved hunting. Had a tower blind, my uncle and I had built together around 3 or 4 years before he died..
Loggers did a clear cut this January. 90mph straight lines blew it over and basically destroyed all the walls.
Walking up to it my stomach sank. It was the last thing we did together.

My African violets died - of course I can go buy more but my husband bought me these bc I had told him my grandpa always liked them - and I have a picture of my grandpa up on the dresser - so he surprised me with them about 2 years ago - and they’ve been next to PawPaw’s pic since

A lot of people don’t have centuries’ old oak trees in their back yard.
Or any trees in their backyard.
Or a backyard.
Or any yard.
Or a house.
Or clean underwear.

Passed by Cortana the other day and it being halfway razed made me kind of well up like a bitch

I get that feeling sometimes. We moved in September and there was some toddler stuff that got packed up that my youngest had almost outgrown anyway. It was sitting in boxes and it depressed me that those little things would get packed away in the business of the move and never come back.
So I unpacked it and put it back together. Nobody at all would have missed it, and it'll probably clutter up the living room and annoy me, but I'm glad I brought it back.
Maybe it's me fighting the clock. My first was born in 2000. Clinging hard to old times.

That would suck. The owners of my old house don't take care of it, the grass is always high and they have never done anything to the flower bed. I used to spend hours out there making the yard magazine picture perfect. Poor house is probably misses me.

So not only does she want people to donate work and furniture to her, she also wants money for the gofundme, plus venmo/cash app, etc,
Plus they will get insurance money,
frick all the other people worse off than her, no, send her your money.

Rats are amazing dogs
Looking at all the lost & found dogs on Facebook
It gets to me that some people have no issue dumping puppies to fend for themselves
People that hurt kids, the elderly & animals deserve to rot in hell

I read the marriage announcements in the advocate. I like looking at the schools and jobs of the brides and grooms. I wonder if Im on the same path or not. Then I realize Im not.

Had one of my cats bring home a baby fledgling, a brown thrasher. My cats like to play with their capture foes, but they eventually die. I try to save all of them if they are alive when they bring it home (assuming I'm around). So I rescued the little bird and spent almost 2 weeks rehabbing it and watching it grow. I had a cage I would keep it in when I wasn't there and at night but I would let it out during the day while I was outside and that little dude would follow me everywhere. It was quite funny to see and pretty awesome as well. Even my cats was pretty friendly to it and just follow it around and watch it.
Then one day I noticed it was sneezing a bit and sure enough the next day it was dead in the bottom of the cage. And it was so close to being able to fly and live on its own. I never knew that I could get so attached to a bird but it really bummed me out when it died.
