It’s a fricking MILF showcase this year and I’m watching every game because of it.

Shouldn't there only be one world series? Seems like all summer long every team across America is playing in a World Series. Rings for everyone. Go on boys y'all can get married now to each other as well. Everyone wins.

Are you seriously triggered by the Little League World Series?

Are there other organizations that have similar events that they call a World Series, sure. Every one of them requires teams to win there way in. Exactly the opposite of the so called “everybody gets a trophy” mentality.

This is the Little League World Series, the true World Series for 11-12 years old. It's been around for 50 years. The championship is played between the American champions vs usually a Japanese or Taiwan team.

Other World Series are for other age groups. There's one for each group.

No leads, no pick offs.

This isn’t baseball

Babe Ruth LL has always been like that, even when I played 40 years ago.
I didn't play Babe Ruth, I played American Legion, so we had leads and pick offs at 12 years old.

I have a serious question...

School starts basically last week for some teams...especially southeastern ones. This ends when? September 1st?

Do they get a pass? Do they have study halls? I know they are 12, but damn...I would be happy as hell if I was playing serious national TV ball and my peers were back studying simple equations and reading The Red Pony and The Outsiders.

And these LL teams are City or ParishCounty teams, meaning all the kids have to live the same city or Parish/County

These kids don’t play on this team all year. They play on Rec and/or other travel teams. I would be willing to bet, the majority of the kids you seeing playing in this LL World Series played in Cooperstown this year on differnt teams than they are playing on in the LL World Series

I saw Big Al say this live and had a really good laugh. He has the old raspy Mafia Don voice down pat!
