Stroube's Grill is coming to Denham Springs to new development off Juban. Duke's Seafood & Steakhouse (Watson, LA) is adding a second location -- Range Avenue at I-12 (former Piccadilly Restaurant).

Developers at Old Perkins at Highland Road didn't want any outside investments.
West Lee at Burbank developers have a different thought process.
