I don't know what dark mode is. I only look at this site and couple of other hunting/fishing boards.

Go to chrome browser (or Brave if you're smart)
Go to settings/theme and select 'dark'
Then check the box that says 'darken websites'
I have no idea what you do on an Apple phone except use chrome or brave instead of safari.
