Here's what Wayne said...

quote:

“I think when we see these situations, I think we also have to understand that we have to get very specific,” Lil Wayne said in an Instagram Live conversation with rapper Fat Joe. “We have to get so specific and what I mean by that, we have to stop viewing it from such a broad view, meaning we have to stop placing the blame on the whole force and the whole everybody of a certain race or everybody with a badge.”

quote:

Twitter Reacts Unfavorably to Lil Wayne For Saying Before We Blame The Cops For Murdering Black People We Should Blame Ourselves For Our Actions; Wayne in The Past Said Racism Doesn’t Exist (Tweets-Vids)

This type of thinking has to go.
Until we stop having sympathy for the people who are killing us and until we understand it isn’t our fault for it happening, it will keep happening. Unlike what Wayne said we have no choice but to look at every single cop in the lens of the bad cops because if there are good cops out there, they aren’t turning the in the bad cops.

We have zero blame for people killing us in the streets like animals. This is why you can’t expect entertainers to be anything more than that. It is sad Taylor Swift is making stronger comments than Lil Wayne. We shouldn’t be surprised because Lil Wayne said racism doesn’t exist.

A white NOPD officer saved his life, he's actually a breath of fresh air, when it comes to rappers opinions on cops, very unusual

Rap megastar Lil Wayne urged people not to jump to conclusions regarding the police involved death of George Floyd. The Grammy-winner condemned those smearing every police officer and called out those making Floyd’s death about race.

I love when the white people social media brigade turns on black people to tell them what's best for them.

Wayne has always had this stance, he doesn't like BLM, he doesn't like the racist division

Dude literally had an interview and said he had never experienced racism and look where he grew up. He also said he knew that racism existed, but it wasn't anything like it's portrayed.

The interviewer was not amused by this

That's because white liberals believe minorities are too stupid to think or care for themselves. This, in turn, makes them feel guilty, hence the constant virtue signaling and self-loathing.

Interesting take. I wonder if this person has taken into consideration how many blacks are killed by other blacks. I’d say probably not, because he or she would realize how contradictory this statement is.

No! The only way to stop racism is to be extremely racist!

A black person gets killed by police once every couple months: TOTAL OUTRAGE.

Cops get killed every single day and no one cares. No one says anything. They don’t even all make the news.

The coastal elites love to shite on the south but growing up in NOLA we sure as frick seemed to all get along pretty well when I was a kid. I worked at Bayou Segnette in Westwego and black kids, white kids, hispanic kids, mixed kids who worked in the different areas of the Wave Pool and campgrounds would all hang out regularly without all this bullshite. The police officers who would patrol the pool would hang out with us after work and just shoot the shite. You'd even have black kids dropping soft a's on their coworkers and friends of other races. There wasn't any of this "he's my black friend or he's my white friend" people were just cool with one another.

Since I've moved to Florida some of the low key most racist fricks I've ever seen are the snowbirds who come down and vote straight progressive down the ticket and then act aghast when they'd find out I'd be going to Riveria beach to see my next patient (primarily black area of West Palm). "Oh why would you take a chance and go there?"

Things sure as shite seemed better at least anecdotally in the "racist" south 20 years ago.

When a blunt blowin', Polo drawers showin', lean sippin', Birdman kissin' rapper has the most reasonable voice, you know we are absolutely boned as a society.
