Damn. Sounds like they were roofers. Took shelter under a tree and the tree got struck. Be careful out there.

I saw two people killed by lightning in Gulf Shores during a storm when I was younger. Watched a dude grab a beach umbrella and BOOM - he and his little girl were gone. Surreal stuff.
