The development that happens in full speed games is going to be missed. Everyone’s in the same boat though.

Nothing mixed about it. We are nowhere near phase 4. Anybody thinking otherwise hasn’t been paying attention.

So let's just say that the case increase is a big huge number....off the charts.

Basically about 20 people per day have died in LA for the last month and a half or more....that is a very small number...and the number of those that are HS football aged approaches 0 rapidly.

So to me if a parent wants to hold their child out of school or football or both then they should have the opportunity to make that choice. Likewise if I want to send my child to school and have them play football that should be my choice. Again my god damn choice....not the choice of some blowhards in some dumbass group like the LHSAA or BESE.

Now I also agree that we should be providing choices for teachers as well such as remote teaching.....they have had all fricking summer to come up with that plan but the school districts have sat on their asses waiting for our dumbass governor or some other idiot to tell them what to do....now the teachers are mad because they might have to go back to school with no plan....how is that my fault as a parent?????

I don’t feel bad for the kids. Good lesson to learn. Elections have consequences.

Would be good for us...even if it flooded the teams with talent. There are a good number of BR and NO folks with 2nd homes over here, BSL MS, already...crazy if they jumped for a year.

We are in phase 2 with additional restrictions. Honestly this is the first time I’ve ever heard of phase 4.

That’s because there is no phase 4.

You don't need logic to make this call. The virus does not impact young people as much as the seasonal flu, according to the data.

Data!

My son played 1st-12th grade. Friday night football was something our family has always enjoyed together.

I'm certain no one has a legal right to play football.

Wrong. The government has limited authority so we have a legal right to play football anytime we want to.

The governor controls viruses? Is that with the same machine that Bush controlled Katrina?

No you dumb son of a bitch, but he certainly controls how he handles a glorified cold. And so far, he’s handled it about as horribly as we should’ve expected.

The lawmakers need to pull JBE in and tell him how the cow eats the cabbage. They need to grow a set and take control.

They are giving out happy meal vouchers tomorrow to the first 500 to get tested at Alex Box. I have lost all respect for the medical community. Pump those numbers up.
