I don't know if this thread is just limited to the Op's issue, but is that garlic stuff that Papa John's puts in their Pizza addictive? It's not unhealthy, is it?
I just had some of it, and I want more.

Yes, there's morphine in it.

Wellbutrin caused my heart to beat irregular. I took 1/2 mg of Xanax for a month. It helped calm my anxiety and even lifted my depressive mood a little bit.
When I get anxious now, I take 1 mg of Ativan at night.
I once went from Paxil to Zoloft and my sexual libido went through the roof ! However, my OCD problems returned and I went back on Paxil.
Paxil lowers libido big time. Extra T helps counter that effect

I rode out Katrina at my home by the Rigolets which was one of the worst decisions I've ever made. I wanted to protect my boats, home, and possessions from looting after the storm. After the storm passed there was nothing left to protect. About two weeks later I started having anxiety attacks that became more frequent and worsened at the thought of bad weather. Even small thunderstorms brought them on and at times they became so bad I really believed I was having a heart attack and was about to die. After numerous ER visits and months of pure hell I let my primary care doctor put me on Zoloft and although it took about two weeks to work, within the month my anxiety attacks disappeared almost completely. It really saved my life because without it the panic attacks had become crippling and I couldn't even leave my house alone for fear of one happening while I was driving or in a store etc.. I remained on the Zoloft for three years and then decided I wanted to try to get off of it. After quitting the Zoloft I went almost a year without a panic attack and now when I do get them they are very few and far between and I'm able to do breathing exercises and other self calming techniques to work through them without having to use Zoloft or any other anxiety medications. I'm sorry you have to deal with these anxiety attacks as I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy but if you give the Zoloft a bit of time I think you'll find it does work wonders and for me it had very few if any side effects.

Damn. That’s some bullshite right there. Sorry. Legitimate situational anxiety (life and tragedy) that went on to become a situational anxiety disorder. Like a PTSD. Sucks. Glad you’re better.
Mine was triggered by nothing really. It was New Orleans related. Lol. A regular trip to celebrate closing on our house. I drove us home. Stayed a night at moms before heading all the way home. I was hungover, but that’s it. Woke up thinking I was gonna die. Full fight or flight response triggered but for zero reason feels like you’re dying.
I’ve told this story. But at my worst. About a week after that I was trying to stay active and keep my mind off it. Went to a driving range which is very calming for me. I left about 50 balls in the tee box. Could not stop the panic. I gave up that night after an ER trip.

The "drug" that should be "legal" that we are talking about is marijuana. A couple of hits of girl scout cookie and you'd forget what anxiety meant

If you've been on meds for half a year for anxiety, you need to go a different route. What you're doing is not working. Medicine for anxiety should be a temporary thing. Get off the meds slowly, if you're still experiencing panic attacks, your body is telling you something is up.

I was prescribed Klonopin to take as needed about 3 years ago for anxiety. That is some scary shite. The feeling of euphoria is intense. I went from taking it about once a month to almost daily over a 2 year span. Physician switched me over to prozac about 6 months ago and I haven't had the want for a Klonopin since and I haven't felt this good/normal in a long time. Best of luck to you

See. This is what I am talking about. Answers are all over the place. But that’s just people and medications. Everybody is different.
I posted yesterday that I felt something. Not “intense euphoria” though.
Just strange. In addition the Valium was 30 tablets with 1 or 2 refills. This girl gave me 60 with 2 refills? Just shows you how the responsibility DOES lie with the patient. Valium I was probably taking 4-5 tablets a week. Lol
