I'm 5'7" and 202 lbs. I was around 185 the past few years until I did wendlers 5.3.1 in 2015 and gained 17 lbs of mostly muscle.

I'm 5'10" and 200 lbs +/- 3 lbs and workout regularly. Even the new BMI calculator says my healthy weight range is 132 - 178. I can't imagine how UNhealthy I'd look at 135 lbs.

How healthy you "look" doesn't necessarily correspond to how healthy you actually are. My brother for example is 5'10" and has been a routine user of steroids for over 10 years now. He had substantial muscle mass and very little body fat. He also has cholesterol and blood pressure levels through the roof. He will surely die years before most 135 lb individuals.

I have no idea.
I only do BMI when I am getting ready for a show, and I do the old fashion fat pinchers.
I am going do one next month, I'll let you know where I am currently

HA!

There's always a loophole. It's all just numbers to quantify what someone with any intellect could tell by looking at someone.

I look at people and think to myself, could they run a mile continuously if chased. Yes? You're in shape.

Knowing your routine, that's not even possible

Easiest option is diet. I was offered king cake three times today from various people and said no thanks to all.

Still easier than all that cardio.

You don't have to be fat to be overweight.

Damn bro. Maybe you should focus less on Wendler and more on your diet.

American norms for weight are incredibly out of whack.

I am not going to be going around telling a 5'10", 190 lbs. guy that he is overweight, but that weight generally does not hold well (nor is it healthy) as one gets older.

It is always the most startling thing for me when I come back to the U.S. after a vacation or working overseas. I am 5'11", 160 lbs, and even I felt a bit on the chunkier side when I was in Spain this past summer.

Edit to add: that's not to say BMI is a good tool; it isn't. But I am always amused when people who are about 10 to 25 pounds too heavy get so flustered about it.

If you do not have visible abs you are overweight.
