Uniontown was a Haiti level shithole 40 years ago when Selma was still a half decent place to grow up.

I'm noticing the gradient winds really starting to pick up at my office just south of Birmingham.

For South Louisiana that is currently east of the line. It will be moving a little slower down here vs up north. The primary threat remains damaging winds within the line as it comes though. Additionally, gonna be windy this afternoon.

There is some potential of the line breaking as it pushes into SELA and presenting a greater tornado risk as individual cells can better tap the potential of the environment. Just noting that could happen, not saying it will.

Some rain, some wind. Maybe a tornado. Maybe even a strong tornado. Maybe discrete cells go around you and you get a tenth of an inch of rain.

shite that isn't comforting. I don't think the actual line has hit us yet. Were you the one who mentioned it going through Texas last night?

Also, hurricanes are one thing and to be expected but wtf is going on with winter apocalypse storms and all these crazy tornado storms every other week in the Deep South. Who did we piss off?
