I don't know who that Halsey is. I thought this was going to be about Admiral William Halsey:

She’s very pitchy. I always cringe when her song is on the radio and that “leee—uhhh—
eee—uuuuh—ive without you” part comes on and it’s in like three different off pitch keys.

I’ve thought Halsey was legit ever since she was hooked up with the Chainsmokers, and that’s been quite a few years.

IMO her best song/video and live performance is Now or Never

If you’ve never seen the video or live performances do yourself a favor and check them out.

You won’t be disappointed
