Because we have to set-up mining operation there to extract precious metals. We must be very careful to not disturb any fossil relics there, and to make sure that the mutants have all of the resources they need. Director Cohaagen has hired D. Quaid to find the alien, Kuato, to assist in the operation.

I have several that I like and have probably seen every episode several times over the years since I was old enough to watch them when they first aired back in the 60's and it was one of my favorite shows.
It's amazing some of the guest stars on that show who were not so famous back then and just starting out in acting.

If we do colonize Mars the Aliens will see this as a threat and try to destroy us. Bring it on! I am ready to defend my home from an invasion.
