Neither one of these chicks is hot. The OT standards must have gotten a lot lower.
Having lived in Hawaii, I can tell you that HPD is shady as frick and HI is very liberal so not surprised they gave a settlement to these dykes.

Yeah, they shouldn't be able to bypass suing the cop unless some form of evidence showed that the cop's behavior was being condoned or covered up by the police department/city.
