I don't think this is something you want to leave to the OT. Make a consultation appointment with a Wills & Probate lawyer in your area. A lot of these guys will consult for free and then charge you only if you wish to proceed with any legal action. They'll let you know up front if you have a legit beef (which, from your side of the story, it seems you do).

PLOT TWIST: It was his cousin's habitation.

From personal experience, I recommend getting a 2nd opinion if we're talking free consultations.

That would make sense if true.

What has he done? As a trustee he has a code of ethics to uphold.

Also, how much money is in the trust?

Let the eviction process get started. Let it go through. Be homeless. Use that as evidence that you have an incompetent trustee.

I’d have to imagine he has a certain legal responsibility as overseer and to ensure you have housing if the money was specifically left for housing expenses?

I’m not an attorney but I did stay at a holiday inn express last night.

The problem is, the place I moved In, was more than I could afford. They were the only apartments who would let me move in.

I can support myself without any help. This apartment, I can't afford without that help.

The money will last me until I'm 80. I'm good. Thanks for your concern.

It’s probably out of money but OP keeps ignoring the cousin when he tells him.

If there is that much money can’t you buy a cheap house somewhere and then have the trust payments come directly to you?

Why did you do this? Sounds rapey but the person wasn’t home.

There are a lot of smart people here. If you truly want help you gotta be honest with everything.

Where did you live before 2015?
What has the Trustee done other than late payments?
Did you do something to piss the Trustee off?
Do you have a job?
Any recent trouble with the law?
Are you on the sex-offender list?

Gonna be key to whether an attorney thinks it's worth it.

He said enough to pay for an expensive apartment until he’s 80. Could be a decent amount or he could be full of shite

Thank you!

I have thought about this. That was plan A earlier. I still may go this route.

Appreciate it.

Do you have any nude pictures of women we can't find online?

Good advice here.
