Leaf Blower Insanity

Do yall have anyone in your neighborhood that leaf blows his yard every single damn day, for an hour? By the time he gets done blowing, more leaves have fallen and he starts over. fricking psychopath.
He's already been facebook shamed on the HOA page. Now I think he's doing it just to piss people off.
I know it makes me a commie, but I think gas powered leaf blowers should be outlawed unless you are a commercial operation that is going customer to customer all day long. Obviously gas powered makes more sense for that operation.
