It may help to mention we are under boil advisory. Sure, there’s water, but it’s not safe to ingest without power.
The water is more for basic functions such as cleaning and toilet use. They will say that bottled water has been passed out for consumption. Anything they can do to deny claims.

How far are those trucks coming from??? No truck = no water and that would be awful.
There are trucks like this coming from all over the country
They are also trying to get water barges in but the ICWW locks and Sabine Pass is closed while they are clearing debris from the waterways so vessel traffic dosnt get damaged while trying to navigate the channels

Probably Lafayette or Beaumont. Once you get out of Lake Charles life is normal. I made the circle yesterday of coming into LC on I10 and leaving out of Ragley on 190 back to NOLA. It's pretty normal on the edges of Allen and Jeff Davis Parish.

a lot of these water trucks have been parked since the West Texas Fracking shutdown.....they are readily available

that FB group has a lot of people complaining about being denied. they're saying insurance companies are saying that housing in LC is inhabitable, so no loss of use
Denied. Not having water does not make a place uninhabitable apparently according to the Nazis at Assurant

yeah I'm not putting up with any bullshite. I'm legit filing a lawsuit the day court opens again if my claim is denied

SLC and Grand Lake area. So much worse than Rita. Got 2 houses tarped today. Lots and lots of bucket trucks out putting up new poles etc. Kroger on Country Club was open and heard several people telling the employees thank you for being here. Got a little homesick...

It’s crazy to see the house destroyed but the lamp post fine

My neighbor had huge oaks snap in half and some random others remain fine a few feet away

I’ve got quite a few different policies on different rentals. I’m expecting some to try and mess with my business interruption insurance. Can I just tell the adjuster to contact you?

Comparing the damage in Hackberry at parents to brother's house behind Lagrange I honestly can't tell a difference. Lake Charles got decimated

I was just outside on St Charles to grab some food and this was in front of our hotel which thankfully didn't take in any of these termites. They arrested 2 for fighting. That's 5 arrests today between two hotels today alone.

that would be hilarious, esp if you used my TD name
pretty sure i've had a few depos with defense attorneys who played coy about that

Before I decide to enter into attorney client privilege, may I ask if you’re ethnically or religiously Jewish?
