Just as I say they’re not blocking the road there’s a huge batch of trees down in the road at mile marker 101 and the police are out trying to clear them

in baldwin its the canal i think
if theres 4 ft of water from bayou teche at that or the jeanerette location theres whole buildings underwater closer to the bayou

No, Baldwin cut runs through the Intracoastal to the Gulf. That's where that water is coming from.
Metal Shark is on the unprotected (canal) side of a Hesco basket levee, their yard is made to flood.
Drove all throughout St Mary Parish this morning. Not like Rita at all. Water barely lapped over the levee in Bayou Sale. Rode 83 way past where Rita had pushed water to.
