I’ve already said currently I’m predicting 15% but that is before she even has an opponent.

It could change depending on the opponent but I think the opposition may be token. Unless someone major and unexpected jumps in she will win easily.

I just saw an article mentioning Royce Duplessis as a potential contender.

To be fair, she shouldn't have even been allowed to run the first time much less deserved votes yet here we are.

Seriously doubt he runs. Too young and wouldn’t want an L on his resume that quickly.

Think he will someday but not sure this is the spot to shoot his shot. He’s young in politics and think he’s not racing to put a possible loss on the record or has built the credibility to struggle through this upcoming term with no budget. He’s got a lot going for him though

He will be tempted with huge fundraising promises and the chance to accelerate his career 10-15 years though, if he can roll the dice

they think Lakeview and anywhere outside of Orleans Parish is racist Trump Land

Here’s the problem. It’s not enough for her to lose. Someone has to beat her

The minimum wage people will not get Toya re-elected this time.

There will be no support from the business community.

Crime will be a big topic and she will lose. Jason Williams makes it much worse.

Shhhhh....the people in Houston and other states are saying she will win in a “mother fricking landslide”. Don’t burst their bubble

Nobody is happy with Toya and if she doesn't think JP has some pull, she b wrong.

can't wait to see the first debate, whoever the other candidates are. She gets flustered very easily

Only 85k votes in the last election

You’re saying tens of thousands mail in ballots in this election?

Is 85K tens of thousands?

Nonetheless, I expect even more, and I expect the Ta Two Queen to pull the vast majority of them (80% or more).

Does New Orleans have a homeless “Center” (as opposed to a shelter)? Transient homeless sure do seem to put in quite a few mail in ballots. Sadly, there is no way to confirm their vote, you just have to trust the manager of the “Center.” I ask the question as I truly don’t know if one exists in NOLA.

Their self interests have been under attack for over a year and they haven't done shite. NOLA people are all talk.
