LaToya shut down the Republic NOLA Bar on St. Peters

250 people inside there at 12:15 AM with some not wearing masks in the bar. LaToya issued her edict that if you go out you must drink through your mask and these people clearly shoved in her face the 11 PM curfew. LaToya doing her job once again from the British Virgin Islands.
