Just curious if you have any idea how a recall election works and why being 10 months out from the general election makes this an exercise in futility.

I would not be surprised to see Toya make a run at that seat

I always thought Mitch would try to eventually, but Toya has a lot of people on her side right now.

He thinks a recall effort means she gets thrown out of office.

He doesn't realize that it just means there is another election...most likely held exactly when it will be held anyway.

All it does is waste taxpayer dollars and use up the SOS's time.
