Why they made this decision?
Is it based on any science whatsoever?
What would Phase "3.2 and 3.3" look like?
What benchmarks do we need to get to those?
How they justify such continued draconian policies?
She'll have to ask Star Fleet command

The bitch has ruined my daughter's debutante season. They didn't even publish the deb section in the paper this year for political reasons.

So bars that converted to restaurants are now basically at full capacity.
Few are at more than 75% capacity unless it is a Saints game.

No one in the media holds them accountable. They should be peppering her with these questions. Silence.

Wait, even outside?
Mask have always been mandated outside when social distancing isn’t possible
That’s always been the rule

She only takes questions or goes on...sympathetic radio stations. The one time a reporter had any balls, Travers of all people, she told him to get fricked, and he get absolutely harassed by her KWEEN Twitter squad.

Yeah bars will be packed outside

Avegno: In Phase 3.2, which could happen as early as Oct. 16, we will allow bars to expand their outdoor capacity. There will be no change to business and retail services. They would increase capacity limits for churches, football stadiums, etc.”

Avegno: If you are a business that is allowed to go to 75%, if you can't space that many people or tables out six feet, then you have to stick with whatever the older capacity is. Social distancing and masking must take priority.“

Earliest indoor bar capacity in Orleans is Oct 31. Stage 3.3. Saw it online.

I doubt they even get that. Most people I know either opted out or already told the nfl to frick off. I’m done with the saints.

Avegno: In Phase 3.3, which could happen as early as Halloween, we would consider limited indoor bar capacity and also increasing our indoor and outdoor gatherings.“

What about Saints games? I mean how has this not come up?

What about the Superdome?
Gayle really needs to appeal to the state to override Latoya and implement the plan they agreed to before the season started. The state owns the building, not the city. Get the state police to work, and ask JP police to help if necessary. It's ridiculous that she'll let 100 people gather in a reception hall but not 20,000 spread out in the Superdome.

If bars are still closed and they don’t serve alcohol in the Dome, no one is going to the games.
After the corrupt shite that happened in Nashville, with the coverup and manipulation of bar and restaurant data, every major city should have an independent audit of their approach and decision making. If it has happened in one place, you know it has happened in others. Just like the gross incompetence of tracking Covid statewide has shown up in pretty much every state.
