There are recent satellite images of the theater that reportedly show the word "children" painted on the pavement in front and behind the theater. That bit of info is being pushed hard right now. Take from it what you will.

Real question would be is it:
1) Start of civil war (rumors are that Russian Generals have been pressing Belarussian soldiers to go fight and they don't want to)
2) Russian False Flag
3) Ukraine crossing the border
Really doubt 3 would be the case.

Russian generals have been ordering Belarus’s generals to fight and Belarusian Generals refused, there’s talk of coup. Luka said nyet two days ago to Belarus entering war.
