Crazy you ask this, as we have the same shite here. As a an old trial lawyer, I could only ever win if I have a jury that is persuadable, open minds would be great but you don’t get that anymore. Used to be easy, but we discovered in the 90s that we had significant portion of jury that had been programmed by media efforts etc by Chamber of Commerce funded by asbestos industry, coal, tobacco, pharmaceuticals etc that all lawsuits were bad, we were the antichrist and our clients were shite, no matter the case. Little kids run over by drunk drivers same as car wreck whiplash. This was now a core belief, almost impossible to change no matter what, certainly not in a few day trial. So best I can do is keep them off the jury.

The US has demoralized a large segment of its domestic population using media and educational programming using the exact same tactics.

Lookup project mockingbird and you can read the notes of the intelligence agencies who did it. It’s just more noticeable now because Obama eliminated regulations against the CIA operating domestically with regard to media involvement.
