This thread endured so, so many utterly stupid trolling posts from texag, SirWinston, trinidad, and others who have insisted that President Trump would sell out Ukraine on Day 1.
And now, Trump has picked as his special envoy a man who's plan for Ukraine begins with substantially increasing military aid to Ukraine to force Russia to the bargaining table.
It's almost as though our resident idiots actually believed the crap that Tim Pool, Tucker, and the other paid Russian operatives were pushing out.

If tweet fails to load, click here. Watch this interview, from just this past week!
Kellogg says that Biden's giving ATACMS permission to Ukraine gives Trump more leverage (something that I said here immediately after the news and got attacked for suggesting).
Kellogg also makes the great point that Biden's weakness and slow-rolling of aid to Ukraine has deepened ties among the CRINKs (China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea).
Kellogg says that Putin was successfully able to scare Biden with the recent launch of the "Oreshnik" IRBM.
"President Biden has backed off. The minute he said IRBM, ICBM, nuclear war ... we said 'oh my gosh, we can't go there.' That's when you need to lean in, because he (Putin) is not going to start a nuclear war in Europe. And you'd remind him, 'Let me make sure you understand that the Brits have nuclear weapons, the French have nuclear weapons, and we have nuclear weapons---don't go there.' And we really haven't said that to him.
Kellogg sounds like a "neocon," doesn't he, SirWinston and texag?

A pic of Kellogg from two years ago, right after Ukraine freed Izyium in the Kharkiv offensive:

I have been challenged by people here to find Russian lovers and Putin apologists.
Here is another one.

"Putin warns West against escalation" while he brings in a division of North Korean troops to fight in Ukraine.

Wow. Read the interview that Kellogg did back at the Republican National Convention
I read it back then and I think that I even posted it in this thread.

That clueless hack, Mike Benz, is not going to be happy, neither is Tucker the Stupid Phucker

quote:Actually, that's exactly what he is saying.
Nobody is ever saying that: "Oh, we just have to make Ukrainians to give up land and give it to Russia."
quote:
Now the option is quite clear: If Ukraine doesn't want to negotiate, fine, but then accept the fact that you can have enormous losses in your cities and accept the fact that you will have your children killed, accept the fact that you don't have 130,000 dead, you will have 230,000–250,000.
quote:
They write that Ukraine will not be asked to give up its ambition to regain all land seized by Russia, but Kyiv should agree to use diplomatic means only and realize that it might take a long time to regain all the territories. The strategy proposes to use the partial lifting of sanctions on Russia to encourage the Kremlin to take steps toward peace and establish levies on Russian energy imports to fund Ukraine's reconstruction.
So he threatens to allow the Russians to escalate their attacks on civilians if Ukraine doesn't stop fighting for their land and their freedom. And he only offers the option of negotiating with Putin to regain their territories? Yes, that's what he said - negotiate with Putin.
Sorry guys, Kellogg and Trump are aiming to give Putin everything he wants: a stop to the fighting, lifting of sanctions and a forced delay of Ukraine becoming a NATO member. And what is Putin expected to give in return? Entering negotiations over captured Ukrainian territory. That's all.
Why does Trump want to stop fighting? We are using 5% of the US defense budget and no US lives to destroy Russia. Kellogg complains about Biden not fighting hard enough. Well, at least he was fighting, which is far more than Trump will do. He's nothing but a transactional surrender monkey and Kellogg is his complicit mouthpiece.
If this happens, Putin has been saved to continue his war against the West and it will be the end of US influence and credibility everywhere in the world.

I remember leftists, neocons, never trumpers posting the same exact thing in this thread. Negative posts regarding Trump from Ukraine First types. And you were one of those. There many examples of these.
It works both ways.

Zelensky has already said that Crimea is unlikely at best.

Basically, the normal pay of regular Russians has lost 26% of its value in a month.

I have actually continually said that I thought that Trump would keep his options open and that he would react based on the situation of the moment.

Why would anyone want this? Why is it even still being discussed?
They are a net negative to the alliance. A pure liability
