That is a Russian PMP bridge. Unlike the US pontoon bridges they are not amphibious and require much more time, equipment and manpower to deploy. The bridge sections on trucks could "hide" in the convoy at least in the low quality sat images we have but they require boats (6 min) for assembly and dozers for ramp prep. The boats and dozers would be easy to spot.

They absolutely have the capability to build bridges, where the hell it is at I don't know. I would still expect their primary bridging equipment would be armored bridgelayers in the MTU series to quickly cover dropped spans and smaller rivers. Pontoons are generally only used when you expect to bridge a river where there is no current bridge or at least no bridge with the carrying capacity you need.

I would love to see good images of the entire convoy it would give a lot of insight into the actual assets they have available and also some idea of what they did or didn't expect to encounter in the way of resistance. For a country that built its warfare doctrine around MBTs, BMPs, and rockets most everything I see is odd.
