I’d imagine there’s benefit to go around. Ukrainians get jets. Poland sees this as an opportunity to stick it to Russia and hopefully be a part of their demise for a significant period on the whole. US back fills those jets to Poland who has time to learn a new platform. Poland can move away from Russian military tech in the future. MIC wins as usual, albeit an all around positive for all 3 of Ukraine, Poland, and the US.
