As the Russian Army couldn't be bothered to remove the wreckage of Su-30SM 'RF-81773' that came down in a formerly Russian-controlled part of Kharkiv Oblast, Western intelligence agencies are now the proud owner of a slightly dented SAP-518SM 'Regata' jamming pod.

https://twitter.com/oryxspioenkop/status/1569359928694902786

The SAP-518 is an advanced jamming pod intended for heavy strike fighters such as Russian Air Force Sukhoi Su-30MK, and Su-32/34 and Indian Air Force Su-30MKI. Its primary mission is to jam advanced air defenses during ground attack missions imitating electronic signatures of various aircraft while generating false targets within enemy sensors. The SAP-518 covers NATO surface-to-air and air-to-air threats in the G-J bands and is deployed in two underwing or wingtip pods. Installed on a single aircraft along with the SAP-14 jamming pod is considered similar to the United States ALQ-99 jamming system installed on the EA-6B Prowler and EA-18G Growler electronic attack aircraft. The electronic warfare system has been developed and manufactured by the Kaluzhsky Scientific Research Radio-Technical Institute (KNIRTI). Its existence was revealed at the MAKS 2009 airshow.

In a very real sense the war in Ukraine doesn’t affect the vast majority of Americans at all. Like zero.

But I was told by you and the other Putin fan boys that the war was causing soaring inflation here in America. And that supporting Ukraine was just dragging that out and making it worse.

Now you say the war doesn't affect Americans at all?

Your goal posts change -- along with your story -- as the realities of the battlefield set in.

And when this war is over, Russia is going to be dead broke, with no money to spend on its military for a long time.

And they’re going to be paying reparations to Ukraine for a very long time.

Unconfirmed, but am now hearing that Ukraine has captured "more than one" Russian general.

I wonder if that's more than one in addition to this guy they caught last week trying to pose as a lieutenant.

No you weren’t. Not by me. And m not a Putin fanboy. Although I understand that it’s hard for people of your intellectual level to decipher nuance and not lump everyone into little boxes that you’ve imagined up in your head.

They may be quiet quitting the war. They see the Cyrillic handwriting on the wall. Best to be “captured” by Ukes than to be returned to Moscow and executed.

For the next 50 years, Russia should become a super-militarized state with a pronounced Russian cultural dominant, and the family and fertility should become not a national project, but a fixed idea. The replacement of the population by the Central Asian peoples will also have to be abandoned.

Good luck. No one has figured out a way of increasing a country's TFR once it has dropped below replacement levels (2.1) without significant immigration. Russia has had more deaths than births every year since 1992 save a few. The numbers for ethnic Russians are staggering. There are 10 million less ethnic Russians than there were 20 years ago, which is unheard of in demographics. Even Japan, which has had sub-replacement levels of fertility for 40 years, hasn't seen such a decline.

Every developed country is going through some version of this, and the only solutions they seem to offer are elaborate payment schemes, with the results varying from not working at all (Japan and South Korea) to working somewhat (Sweden). The notion that they can just magically produce more babies by returning to some vague notion of family and culture is one absolutely the language of fascists and two has never actually succeeded in increasing population levels.

The copium present in that post is most striking here, because the delusion is more tangible. There are no solutions here, just reactionary rhetoric which has never worked in practice.

This could be total BS, but it made me laugh

Bro come on, there is absolutely a zero percent chance the USG is getting a dime paid back. You know that

But the intention isn't for it to be paid back. It's to produce economic activity. Which is an underrated and ignored aspect of the original lend-lease. That investment paid for itself many times over, within the wartime period as well as after.

The reason that isn't happening has nothing to do with the money we are using to support Ukraine. You know that, so why are you saying stupid stuff just to troll?

Why is an honest answer trolling for you ppl
Majority of the posters in this thread imploded over Drumpf wanting 10bil for the wall

Yet all is well with the money allocated (sitting in escrow for Z to draw when he wants) that will definitely be given back if not used

The number of posters in this thread that imploded over that is closer to zero than a majority. You only argue against the strawmen you set up.

Yeah, because it should have been $20 billion. We had a golden chance to stop the invasion through our southern border and the shits blew it.
